📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers in all aspects of recruitment for clinical, office and support staff • Generate qualified leads through mass mailings, advertisements, employee referrals, cold calling and follow-up on employment inquiries • Develop creative approaches for hard-to-fill and newly created positions • Stay current with recruiting techniques, including internet and social networking • Track aging of open positions and interviews through regular recruitment reports • Maintain current and accurate candidate databases • Place job advertisements and manage assigned advertising budgets • Meet regularly with hiring managers to determine staffing needs • Screen and refer appropriate candidates to hiring managers • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers • Conduct and document reference checks and verify licensure • Present and negotiate job offers within established guidelines • Coordinate start dates and orientation schedules • Prepare offer letters and make verbal offers • Follow up with new hires after 30 days for feedback and referrals • Attend appropriate job fairs, college events, association events and conventions • Assist with employee engagement activities, including social activities, functions, trips and community service activities • Support other HR functions and perform additional duties as assigned • Promote Constellation Health Services’ vision, mission and values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications or related Business degree preferred • Previous recruitment experience or Human Resources experience preferred, ideally in a health care environment • Exceptional oral, communication and telephone skills • Superior written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Commitment to superior customer services to both applicants and employees
