📋 Description

• Attract qualified talent to support Thermo Fisher Scientific’s mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer • Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across business units • Serve as a strategic talent advisor • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams • Develop effective sourcing strategies • Build strong talent pipelines • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience • Shape talent strategy • Represent the company’s culture of integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years, of full-cycle recruitment experience • Experience preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments • Preferred fields of study: Business, Human Resources, or related field • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems; Workday knowledge preferred • Expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels • Data analysis and reporting capabilities • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English required • Additional language skills beneficial, including German, French, Spanish, or Mandarin • Track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration • Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Project management and process improvement capabilities • Experience representing a company at recruitment events and career fairs • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
