📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract to hire and consulting positions. • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruiting strategies. • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. • Screen and qualify candidates through phone and video interviews. • Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate feedback with hiring teams. • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. • Present qualified candidates within established service level expectations. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system. • Partner with leadership on recruiting metrics, market trends, and talent availability. • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. • Negotiate offers and manage candidate closing activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. • Experience recruiting professional, technical, engineering, technology, consulting, or utility industry talent. • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates. • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
