📋 Description

• Own the weekly resource coordination sync across multiple projects • Align resource deployment to project demand, manage capacity constraints, and ensure engagements are adequately staffed • Maintain a real-time view of utilization and resolve over-allocation, burnout risks, and skill mismatches • Build and maintain operational cadences, including team meetings, delivery check-ins, onboarding sequences, and inter-pillar coordination • Escalate delivery risks and translate team intelligence into actionable executive signals • Ensure project teams have appropriate tools, templates, methodologies, and standards • Define and maintain practice methodology, including discovery frameworks, requirements standards, stakeholder engagement approaches, and quality benchmarks • Build a learning and development calendar and cross-pillar exposure programs • Create and maintain competency frameworks for performance evaluation and career progression • Support development of delivery playbooks, templates, and standards for discovery, change management, testing, cutover, and post-implementation support • Identify capability gaps and address them through targeted development • Shape new-hire onboarding using insights from quarterly coach roundtables • Lead structured onboarding and bring new hires to delivery readiness within 60–90 days • Directly manage senior business analysis professionals • Hold quarterly coaching roundtables and translate development signals into management action • Retain and support experienced senior practitioners • Contribute to capacity planning against pipeline and growth targets • Partner with leadership on coaching models, development programs, and structural adjustments • Maintain operating model documentation, role definitions, operating norms, and governance processes • Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, feedback loops, and retrospectives • Conduct quality audits and reviews and implement quality improvement processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, or a related discipline • Experience leading or managing teams of senior practitioners • Proven track record as a people manager, including performance reviews, difficult conversations, retention risk, and career development • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in SaaS companies or with system integrators • Strong working knowledge of discovery, requirements maturity, stakeholder engagement, and deliverable quality • Experience managing resource deployment and capacity planning in a project-based or consulting environment • Ability to build trust with experienced peers and direct reports • Comfort operating in a high-growth, structurally evolving environment • Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance • Demonstrated experience in team building and leadership • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk management • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally if required • Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Unable to require or receive employment visa sponsorship • Preferred: advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) • Preferred: practice operations, delivery management, or capability development experience • Preferred: familiarity with PMO, BA, solution architecture, and engineering dynamics • Preferred: coaching models, structured mentoring, or formal learning and development experience • Preferred: Big 4 or top-tier consulting operating model exposure • Preferred: experience hiring and onboarding senior practitioners • Certifications such as PMP/PMI-ACP, Prosci/Change Management, ITIL, SAFe/Agile, or relevant certifications
