📋 Description

• Lead complex consulting engagements and transformation programmes • Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across multiple workstreams • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders • Identify operational risks and performance gaps and develop practical, value-focused solutions • Ensure high-quality, timely, and impactful project delivery • Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and managers • Support account growth through proposals, opportunity shaping, and client engagement • Contribute to capability development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement • Partner with clients to address complex operational and organisational challenges • Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering measurable impact across safety, operational performance, and resilience

🎯 Requirements

• Management consulting experience with exposure to operational risk, operational excellence, safety, or sustainability • Proven experience leading complex engagements and managing teams • Experience working in or with asset-intensive, operationally complex industries • Experience building and managing senior client relationships • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex environments • Commercial awareness and structured problem-solving capability • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field • MBA or equivalent advanced degree beneficial • Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required • Travel of 80%+ is required
