📋 Description

• Lead feature-level test planning aligned with business and technical requirements • Develop and maintain test strategies, scenarios, and test cases • Identify testing risks, dependencies, and gaps early in development • Conduct and facilitate peer reviews of test artifacts • Provide guidance and feedback to QA team members • Ensure adherence to QA standards, methodologies, and documentation practices • Execute functional, regression, and integration testing • Manage defect identification, documentation, tracking, and validation • Validate defect fixes and production deployment readiness • Act as primary QA representative for assigned functional teams • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers • Participate in planning ceremonies, backlog refinement, and release discussions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing • Expertise in test planning, design, and execution • Experience conducting peer reviews and mentoring junior testers • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA • Exposure to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to pass required background screening • Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • No visa sponsorship or STEM OPT extensions provided
