📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Segment Requirements Documents (SRDs) that guide engineering and market strategy • Build customer engagement plans and lead technical conversations, demos, and specification reviews • Identify capability gaps and recommend engineering priorities • Lead proof-of-concept design, testing, and demonstrator hardware • Deliver external technical presentations and support marketing content • Support high-value proposals with technical narratives and differentiated solutions • Drive strategy, customer alignment, and proof-of-concept development across Missile & Hypersonic Airframes, Thermal Protection & Aeroshells, Propulsion & Flowpath Components, and Unmanned & Attritable Airframes • Translate customer needs into technical direction and shape the external technical narrative

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical background in aerospace, composites, advanced materials, or similar fields • Ability to translate market needs into clear technical requirements • Confidence engaging with engineering teams, customers, and technical stakeholders • Excellent technical communication skills • A bias for action and comfort working in an evolving, fast-paced environment • Experience in hypersonics, thermal protection, propulsion components, UAVs, or missile systems • Familiarity with materials/process qualification or allowables development • Experience developing technical content or presenting at industry events • U.S. Person status required due to ITAR • Sponsorship not available
