📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations, production, and growth of the branch • Lead a team of loan officers and support staff • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Drive sales performance to achieve branch goals • Maintain personal loan production • Recruit, train, and mentor loan officers and branch staff • Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment aligned with company values • Generate personal mortgage loan production to contribute to branch goals • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, referral partners, and community organizations • Implement marketing and business development strategies to expand branch presence • Oversee branch operations for efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as investor and agency guidelines • Monitor loan pipelines, processing timelines, and closing accuracy • Manage branch P&L, budgets, and expense controls • Track and analyze production metrics to identify growth opportunities • Ensure profitability and long-term sustainability of the branch

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role • Proven track record of personal loan production and meeting/exceeding sales targets • Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, products, and processes • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to recruit, build, and retain a high-performing team • Proficient in loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite
