📋 Description

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve field service issues for service customers • Install equipment and service/support existing customers by responding to service calls • Install, repair, rebuild, and service remote drive-up systems, audio, and video equipment • Handle locking mechanisms including drawer locks, vaults, secure keyways, and banking-specific systems • Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith, and electronic systems • Repair or replace damaged remote-unit components • Troubleshoot, repair, and replace remote, audio, and video equipment components • Install, configure, and support network systems and equipment as needed • Perform preventative maintenance • Mentor less experienced staff • Handle moderately complex remote-unit installations, including alert systems • Install new units with final connections, testing, and training • Respond promptly to customer service, scheduled maintenance, emergency, and after-hours calls • Identify project challenges and assist with strategies to minimize cost and schedule deviations • Inspect completed work for specifications, requirements, and manufacturer compliance • Refer only the most complex issues to higher levels • Clean, maintain, adjust, calibrate, and service equipment • Communicate and collaborate with team members to improve operations • Advise management on customer satisfaction, product performance, installation techniques, standards, and product improvements • Present a professional image and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Skilled in at least one specialization: locksmiths, drive up, or electronic • Competency in lock work and forced opening of safes and safe deposit boxes • Knowledge of maintenance and repair of drive-up systems • Additional alarm and CCTV knowledge • Strong troubleshooting skills for malfunctioning equipment or software systems • Ability to install, program, test, repair, and service non-routine systems and equipment • Ability to install, configure, and support network systems and equipment • Ability to perform preventative maintenance • Ability to respond to customer service, scheduled maintenance, emergency, and after-hours service calls • Ability to work in accordance with state and local regulations, best practices, and health and safety policies • Ability to inspect completed work for compliance with specifications and manufacturers' requirements • Ability to clean, maintain, adjust, calibrate, and service equipment • Valid driver's license implied by field-service role; CDL is not required
