📋 Description

• Set up and manage programs for one or more global/enterprise accounts • Direct and support multiple operations and sales teams delivering results for large, complex clients • Serve as the single point of coordination for internal and external communications • Build relationships with client stakeholders and learn the client’s business structure and strategies • Deploy standard processes and tools to achieve internal efficiencies • Drive consistency and alignment across Convergint services in multiple locations, regions, and countries • Document and maintain customer-specific operating details in a co-authored playbook • Ensure adherence to customer standards, industry best practices, code requirements, and market regulations • Manage, oversee, and coordinate operational aspects of enterprise customer engagements • Enforce program governance and customer expectations with regional, national, and global teams and partners • Advocate and liaise between customers, colleagues, and partners • Engage resources and solutions to resolve customer challenges • Introduce new service offerings and geographic support capabilities • Deliver internal and customer-facing business reviews • Connect professional services with client technical teams to maximize system uptime through monitoring, preventative maintenance, and lifecycle management • Support sales teams in introducing innovative technology and service solutions • Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement • Seek feedback, clear roadblocks, and escalate issues to leadership • Monitor account financial performance, compile reports, and analyze business data • Mentor, coach, and develop colleagues; may manage direct reports • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, trade school, or equivalent experience • 5 years of operations or project management experience required • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification desirable • Industry-specific certifications and/or required licenses required • Must have a valid driver’s license • Broad-based industry and market knowledge of network and low-voltage building systems • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project • Experience with Smartsheet and other workflow management tools • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including presenting to multiple organizational levels • Fundamental financial competencies • Conflict management competence • Experience with contract negotiation and administration • Strong work ethic and ability to function independently and as part of a team • Ability to create internal and external organizational alignment through relationships, vision communication, and team building • Understanding of appropriate protection levels for customer personnel, information, and real and intellectual property • Leadership competencies for guiding, developing, and mentoring others • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving aptitude • Ability to implement program deliverables while understanding cultural differences in business practices across regions or countries • Professional experience in electronic security, fire alarm and life safety, or building automation preferred • Previous leadership experience desired
