📋 Description

• Set up and manage programs for one or more global/enterprise accounts • Direct and support multiple operations and sales teams serving large, complex clients • Serve as the single point of coordination for internal and external communications • Drive operational excellence in projects, services, and advanced solutions • Provide leadership for Convergint teams and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, financial performance, and account growth • Build relationships with client stakeholders and understand their business structure and strategies • Deploy standard processes and tools to improve internal efficiency • Drive consistency across services delivered in multiple locations, regions, and countries • Document and maintain customer-specific operating playbooks • Ensure adherence to customer standards, industry best practices, code requirements, and market regulations • Manage and coordinate operational aspects of enterprise customer engagements • Enforce program governance and customer expectations across regional, national, and global teams and partners • Advocate and liaise between customers, colleagues, and partners • Engage resources and solutions to resolve customer challenges • Introduce new service offerings and geographic support capabilities • Deliver regular internal and customer-facing business reviews • Connect professional services with client technical teams to maximize system uptime through monitoring, preventative maintenance, and lifecycle management • Support sales teams in introducing innovative technologies and services • Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement • Identify issues, remove roadblocks, and escalate matters to leadership • Monitor account financial performance and analyze business data, trends, and anomalies • Mentor, coach, and develop colleagues; may manage direct reports • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, trade school or equivalent experience • 5 years of operations or project management experience required • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification desirable • Industry-specific certifications and/or required licenses required • Valid driver’s license • Broad-based industry and market knowledge of network and low-voltage building systems • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project • Experience with Smartsheet and other workflow management tools • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including ability to deliver presentations to multiple organizational levels • Fundamental financial competencies • Conflict management competence • Experience with contract negotiation and administration • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to create organizational alignment through relationships, communicating vision, and team building • Understanding of protection requirements for customer personnel, information, and property • Leadership, mentoring, coaching, and development capabilities • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving aptitude • Ability to implement program deliverables across cultural and regional differences • Professional experience in electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, or building automation preferred • Previous leadership experience desired
