📋 Description

• Own planning, execution, and reporting for cross-functional Internal Systems initiatives, including tooling rollouts, system migrations, and process redesigns • Translate high-level integration goals into project roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows • Identify manual internal work and replace it with automation, workflows, and AI agents • Run recurring reviews, dashboards, and status communications for Internal Systems health • Support SOC controls, evidence collection, and the audit calendar with Security and Finance • Build standards, playbooks, and documentation for the Internal Systems function • Partner with business leaders to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive execution • Maintain project documentation and dashboards and communicate progress and escalations to stakeholders and senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management or a closely related field at a fast-growing technology company • Track record of running cross-functional programs end to end • Experience coordinating integrations across a modern software stack • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and renewal cycles • Experience using scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or AI to eliminate manual work • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to distill complexity and communicate with clarity and precision • Obsessive attention to detail and high standards for execution, follow-through, and work quality • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
