📋 Description

• Handle inbound leads from homeowners and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments • Call homeowners who requested quotes for home-improvement services • Build relationships with leads and convert interest into action • Set and confirm appointment times • Manage daily performance metrics and remain accountable for results • Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching • Contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven sales culture • Work with warm leads only; no cold calling or purchased leads • Log in from home and use the company-provided software and phone system • Participate in paid training and live calls with a BGS lead • Undergo performance reviews every 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Fast learner with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude • Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes • Fluent English (written and spoken) • No prior sales experience required; training provided • Must have access to reliable internet and a quiet work setup • Must bring a computer, headset, wired internet, and a quiet room • Comfortable on the phone, coachable, and reliable on shifts • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week, with 40–45 hours depending on country • Availability for shifts between 12 PM and 12 AM EST, including Saturdays
