📋 Description

• Manage one or more branch offices • Recruit, train, mentor, and coach branch team members • Increase overall annual closed loan volume in full compliance with laws, regulations, and Company policies and procedures • Manage branch operations and expenses • Hire branch employees according to Company hiring practices and procedures • Manage daily affairs of branch offices • Direct branch employee work • Monitor employee performance and adherence to Company policies and procedures • Make hiring and dismissal decisions • Comply with applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending • Participate in management decisions and initiatives for the entire region • Liaise between branches, the region, and corporate office • Ensure compliance in all divisions in the area • Enhance the Company’s image nationally and locally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License required • Clear understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application through delivery of the loan package to an investor • Excellent communication skills required • Good problem solving skills • Detailed oriented • Time management skills • Organization • Positive attitude
