📋 Description

• Administer and share ownership of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Copilot • Automate repetitive IT service desk work using Power Automate, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Logic Apps, or suitable tools • Build self-service capabilities for access requests, group management, and common fixes • Measure reduction in recurring tickets and human intervention • Prepare Microsoft 365 for Copilot through permissions hygiene, oversharing remediation, and sensitivity labeling • Develop agents and pilots for teams with meaningful business use cases • Manage tenant configuration as code in version control with peer review • Test, deploy, and roll back tenant changes safely • Maintain trusted runbooks, documentation, and a technology roadmap • Operate Exchange Online and Entra ID, including mail flow, connectors, transport rules, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless rollouts, SSO integrations, directory sync, and privileged access • Provide Tier-3 escalation and root-cause analysis for Microsoft 365 issues • Participate in a shared on-call rotation and occasional maintenance windows • Partner with security, compliance, the service desk, IT, and business teams to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and avoid costs

🎯 Requirements

• Roughly 3–5 years administering a real Microsoft 365 tenant with real users, including Exchange Online and Entra ID • PowerShell scripting experience • Experience using Microsoft Graph • Experience investigating authentication failures, mail delivery problems, and directory synchronization errors to root cause • Curiosity or experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including hands-on administration, agent building, or serious self-directed learning • Clear technical documentation and plain-language explanations for non-technical colleagues • Strong asynchronous communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Service-oriented approach to supporting colleagues • Ability to connect technical work to business outcomes and prioritize accordingly • A degree in a technical field is welcome, and equivalent hands-on experience is equally welcome; neither is required • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
