📋 Description

• Own an assigned healthcare technology product end to end, from vision and roadmap through delivery, release, and continuous improvement • Validate market and user opportunities and ensure cross-functional product success from engineering and design through launch and adoption • Translate business and client needs into product vision, implementation plans, prioritized features, and enhancements • Lead zero-to-one web application development from discovery and concept validation through MVP and launch • Drive feature development that enhances and streamlines user workflows • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve outcomes • Act as the product ambassador and primary point of contact for product-related questions • Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog and write user stories with acceptance criteria • Facilitate Agile and sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Write feature specifications and confirm acceptance-test integrity • Partner with project managers and technical leads on scope, priorities, and development timelines • Own release planning, readiness, delivery, and communication through the Enterprise Change Advisory Board and other stakeholders • Collaborate with security, architecture, design, engineering, QA, business, client, and product teams • Gather requirements, manage expectations, obtain buy-in, and prepare stakeholder presentations and product demos • Research emerging technologies and AI use cases and recommend product solutions • Support AI-fluency initiatives, responsible AI adoption, and team knowledge sharing • Ensure products comply with HIPAA and applicable healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements • Participate in AI governance and incorporate security, privacy, and responsible AI into requirements, design, and release readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business/Data Analyst in a high-volume business environment • 3+ years of Agile experience, including backlog management and facilitating sprint ceremonies with development teams • Proven experience implementing AI solutions, including 2+ years working with AI or other emerging technologies • Proven record on high-velocity teams building digital products from ideation through launch, with at least one product taken from concept to market adoption and concrete case studies and metrics demonstrating business impact • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including security, architecture, design, and business stakeholders • Experience developing web applications from zero to one and delivering feature enhancements that improve user workflows • Proven record of implementing technology solutions that increase efficiency and reduce cost • Experience designing and delivering systems that meet HIPAA, high-trust, and compliance requirements • Experience owning a product's release cycle and communicating releases through change management or CAB processes • Experience working in a matrixed organization and in a client-facing role, demonstrating leadership skills • Strong Agile methodology expertise • Hands-on experience implementing AI or emerging technology solutions • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without direct authority • Ability to lead projects or workstreams and provide clear guidance • Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and quality of work • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Ability to navigate multiple systems to gather and relay information • Technically inclined and curious about emerging technology • Regular attendance during scheduled business hours • Preferred: hospital/physician revenue cycle management experience • Preferred: FHIR integration and healthcare interoperability standards experience • Preferred: Azure DevOps knowledge • Preferred: Microsoft Decision Engine knowledge • Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite expertise
