📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Group Product Manager to translate strategic priorities into actionable product plans • Manage the product backlog for assigned features or modules • Write user stories and acceptance criteria • Participate in Agile ceremonies to support timely delivery of high-quality features • Conduct discovery activities to gather user feedback and identify improvement opportunities • Track and report product performance metrics • Recommend enhancements based on data insights • Analyze and optimize user funnels to improve conversion rates and product performance • Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings • Gather requirements and align priorities with internal business units • Coordinate with vendor partners on requirements, implementation, and issue resolution • Provide updates on product progress, timelines, and risks • Document product requirements and maintain clear communication across teams • Maintain productive relationships with staff, customers, and business partners • Take initiative for technical and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field • 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles • Prior experience in the real estate industry preferred • Experience with prototyping and A/B testing preferred • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools • Proficiency in Figma preferred • Demonstrated behavioral and technical competencies necessary to complete job responsibilities • Ability to follow company HR policies, Code of Business Conduct, department policies, and safety practices • Ability to protect confidential company information • Ability to attend work punctually and regularly
