📋 Description

• Coordinate and communicate with the client post-sale to develop an implementation plan for configuring a purchased Edifecs solution based on the client’s individual needs. • Collaborate with the Edifecs Implementation Architect/Technical Project Manager to formulate the architecture, implementation strategy/schedule, and operational plan. • Install, upgrade, and configure Edifecs products for the client. • Integrate Edifecs products with other software assets/processes for the client. • Coordinate with Client Services, Product, and Development team members to meet development and configuration milestones. • Develop guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, and related components to meet client requirements. • Provide post-implementation support during the transition from implementation to maintenance. • Provide software and client-specific training and develop training documentation. • Mentor and train internal teams on Edifecs products and customer custom components. • Work with customers as a Subject Matter Expert on purchased Edifecs products and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology program, or equivalent experience in implementing and operating Java stack-based enterprise applications. • 5+ years of experience working in enterprise software solution implementation. • 5+ years of experience managing, developing, and deploying Java or Middleware-based applications. • Experience with webMethods, IBM WebSphere, TIBCO Business Works, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle GlassFish, Oracle JCaps, and related platforms. • 5+ years of experience using software life-cycle methodologies such as waterfall and agile scrum in developing products. • 5+ years of experience using software engineering tools for configuration management, defect tracking, and unit testing. • 3+ years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping and EDI analysis. • Domestic travel required up to 10%-15%. • Ability to communicate with others to exchange information. • Ability to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work. • Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. • Ability to perform repetitive motions involving the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area. • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
