📋 Description

• Coordinate and communicate with clients post-sale to develop implementation plans based on individual needs • Collaborate with the Implementation Architect and Technical Project Manager on architecture, implementation strategy, schedules, and operational plans • Install, upgrade, configure, and integrate Cotiviti products with client software assets and processes • Develop guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, and other components to meet client requirements • Coordinate with Client Services, Product, and Development teams to meet milestones • Provide post-implementation support during transition to maintenance • Deliver software and client-specific training and develop training documentation • Mentor and train internal teams on Cotiviti products and customer custom components • Serve as a subject matter expert for customers on purchased Cotiviti products and solutions • Manage or participate in testing and release-cycle tasks for product and service deployment • Create detailed user and operational documentation • Deliver technical training during customer software release and deployment cycles • Complete performance-review responsibilities, special projects, and other assigned duties • Communicate with others, solve problems, interpret data, make workflow decisions, maintain focus, and follow established protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of understanding of Application Integration/Enterprise Application Integration • 8-10 years of working experience on middleware tools such as JCAPS, Web method, WMBI, AquaLogic, or other messaging engines such as IBM MQ and Active MQ • 8-10 years of exposure to Integration Design Patterns • Over 5 years of understanding of message formats such as XML, STX, EDI, EDIFACT, ISO, ACORD, HL7, or IHE • 8-10 years of working knowledge and experience with Java programming, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTML, and scripting including Perl • Over 5 years of familiarity with Oracle and/or SQL Server from an application perspective, including connection strings, SQL scripts, JDBC, and troubleshooting • Over 5 years of experience in DevOps and understanding of DevSecOps • Over 4 years of working knowledge and experience in Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, AVRO, SQS, and S3 • Good understanding of Application Server • Over 5 years of experience with technical requirements documents, process flow diagrams, and deployment and user operations guides • Over 5 years of experience developing technical designs • Over 5 years of release management experience • Good understanding of healthcare, including payer/provider environments • Understanding of EDI transactions, preferably HIPAA • Good process orientation and understanding of product implementation • Good communication, troubleshooting, analytical, project scope, estimation, and change management skills • Knowledge of implementation methodology for a product or solution • Experience in technical training, internal or external • Domestic travel required up to 20%-25% • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
