📋 Description

• Manage the completion of RFPs (proofing, managing content, working across the organization to assimilate information, and adhering to due dates) • Facilitate kickoff meetings, set response timelines, and hold internal teams accountable to strict client deadlines. • Review bid documents to ensure every RFP instruction, formatting constraint, and compliance requirement is met. • Collaborate with other departments and functional areas to obtain relevant, up-to-date content • Manage all status calls and solutioning sessions • Manage, create, and produce Cotiviti sales-related initiatives under tight deadlines • Continually assess and update content in response to changes in services and market feedback • Support proposal response database and proposal tracking tools (e.g., Responsive, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, etc.) • Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English or other relevant field, or equivalent • 5+ years of professional writing/editing experience, preferably in healthcare-related field • 2+ years of project management experience • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels • Strong analytic, research, and interpersonal skills
