📋 Description

• Implement and maintain components of the agentic AI framework under the guidance of senior engineers • Leverage open-source AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen to build and experiment with agents • Incorporate selected open-source solutions into the agentic AI framework • Collaborate with product engineers to integrate AI agents into customer-facing applications and internal tools • Write clean, maintainable Python code for AI workflows, APIs, and data integration tasks • Assist in testing, debugging, and improving performance of AI-powered workloads • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team • Complete responsibilities outlined in annual performance reviews and/or goal setting • Complete special projects and other assigned duties • Work with global teams and geographically dispersed US-based teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 5 years of software engineering experience, with exposure to AI/ML concepts or platforms • Solid programming skills in Python • Familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask a plus • Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI framework (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) through projects, internships, or work experience • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Exposure to orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes) • Familiarity with modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as a team with a sense of urgency • Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines • Ability to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area
