📋 Description

• Work in small project teams to identify and address complex business challenges • Lead consultative requirements-gathering sessions with internal operational stakeholders • Scope analytical support needs and provide solutions enabling data-driven decision-making and revenue growth • Conduct sophisticated data analysis, modeling, prescriptive/diagnostic insight generation, and data storytelling across the Retrospective Claims Auditing business • Lead process optimization exercises to compress reporting/production time and maximize organizational resource utility • Create automated business tools, templates, and KPI reporting products for operations/yield departments • Conduct ROI and opportunity-cost evaluations for resource reallocation, capital investments, and new business opportunities • Assist management with transformational execution of new business practices and operational accountability • Develop and lead monthly/quarterly business reviews benchmarking departmental financial performance, evaluating cost, and measuring productivity and business health • Build solutions and insights for competitive intelligence cross-functionally • Create, deliver, and maintain basic client/internal reporting when necessary • Complete annual Performance Plan responsibilities and assigned special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with quantitative focus (Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Accounting) or equivalent experience • 5+ combined years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business strategy, operational excellence/process improvement, and/or Finance • Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in data storytelling, predictive/prescriptive analysis, manipulating large quantities of data, spreadsheet use, and database querying (e.g. SQL) • Prior experience leading business optimization, ROI analysis, and financial modeling exercises • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access) • Prior experience with BI tools including MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power Pivot, and DataMeer • SQL and database management experience (preferred) • Extremely well-organized and capable of handling multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously • Lean knowledge/experience to apply Lean concepts and principles across respective value streams (preferred) • Experience in healthcare and/or software industries (a plus) • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area
