📋 Description

• Own and continuously maintain detailed L2/L3 capability decompositions across Record to Report, Direct Tax and Tax Compliance, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Operations, hardware fulfillment, Hire to Retire, and Sales Compensation Management. • Facilitate working sessions with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to document current processes and design future-state processes. • Produce process maps, documented decisions, and actionable technical requirements. • Translate future-state process designs into system requirements and partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads through design, build, and testing. • Support current production systems and next-generation platform delivery tracks. • Reflect operational lessons learned in documentation and future-state design. • Own change management, enablement, adoption, readiness planning, training materials, and post-launch verification. • Define and report process performance metrics. • Maintain documented agreements at shared boundaries with peer Business Process Leads. • Own capability design for sales compensation, hardware fulfillment, and Hire to Retire while partnering with the teams executing those functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing or improving month-end close and record-to-report processes in a multi-entity ERP environment. • 5+ years of experience in business process design, business analysis, business architecture, or operations in a relevant domain. • Demonstrated experience decomposing business capabilities into detailed, multi-level structures. • Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional business stakeholders, including experience working at a Controller or Finance director level. • Experience translating business process requirements into system requirements for a technical delivery team, along with strong documentation habits. • Preferred: Experience with physical fulfillment and supply chain process design, including warehouse, inventory, returns processing, and warranty management. • Preferred: Sales compensation process design experience, including plan administration, crediting, attainment, dispute resolution, and commission accounting. • Preferred: Procure-to-pay process design experience, including intake, approval routing, supplier onboarding, and three-way match controls. • Preferred: Direct tax process and statutory reporting experience in a multi-jurisdiction environment. • Preferred: HR operations process design experience, including onboarding, self-service, helpdesk operations, and performance cycle management. • Preferred: Treasury and cash management process design experience. • Preferred: Experience with Oracle accounting, inventory, and accounts payable modules; NetSuite; Oracle EPM; FloQast; and CaptivateIQ.
