📋 Description

• Provide systems support to the organization • Respond to, research, and resolve issues with internal applications including Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, Gainsight, and Conga • Perform system administration including user, profile, role, and permission management • Support subject matter experts with reporting, dashboards, and data loads • Develop relationships with business and technical stakeholders • Work with the Business Systems Team and cross-departmental leaders to document, design, and implement solutions • Connect business leaders to data, key metrics, and analytics for decision-making • Support and sometimes lead identification and implementation of system features and functionality • Assist with quality assurance and testing of system deployments and changes • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology or related discipline or job-related experience equivalent to 3-5 years • At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a role that supports internal business systems • Must have a Salesforce certification • Knowledge and/or administrator certification of Salesforce, CPQ, Conga, Gainsight, Clari • Proficient user of Microsoft Office products • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills • Analytical mindset and ability to work to deadlines • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels • Self-starter, motivated, and strong team player • K-12 SaaS industry knowledge is a plus • Knowledge in Accounting & Billing systems is a plus
