📋 Description

• Deliver solutions helping clients identify payment integrity issues, reduce healthcare process costs, or improve healthcare outcomes • Work as part of a team while being individually responsible for delivering project value • Conduct independent model validation for benchmarking, assessment, and effectiveness evaluation • Determine model drift and data drift for model risk management • Apply expertise in AI/ML/GenAI model development, model building, and model evaluation • Benchmark and potentially rebuild existing models using updated data and newer algorithms • Drive improvements in model monitoring, model registration, model metadata management, and related tools and techniques • Complete performance-review goals, special projects, and other assigned duties • Work with global and geographically dispersed US-based teams

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, or Operations Research covering Advanced Statistics, Machine learning and AI • 5+ years of hands-on data science/AI experience • Experience with natural language processing techniques including transformers, fine-tuning LLMs, measuring/benchmarking and deploying LLMs • Experience with HuggingFace, Langchain, LLAMA/Mistral, OpenAI, and vector databases • Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, keras, nltk, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and GPU • General understanding of Responsible AI, explainability, AI NIST RMF, and related AI risk management frameworks • Experience evaluating models for bias and fairness, including detecting bias in model design and data • Experience using metrics such as SHAP and LIME • Understanding of model metrics and techniques for managing, evaluating, and monitoring GenAI models and LLMs • Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience working with Apache Spark and large-scale distributed datasets • Ability to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation • Familiarity with healthcare payor ecosystem and related data preferred • Understanding of model governance and data governance best practices preferred • Experience with Python, DataRobot, AWS Sagemaker, DataBricks, AWS Model Monitor, MLFlow, NannyML, FiddlerAI, and Arize preferred
