📋 Description

• Own and mature the audit training curriculum, including onboarding, ongoing certification, and advanced training paths • Design, deliver, and evaluate training on audit guidelines, sampling methodology, and quality standards • Develop and maintain training for AI-supported audit workflows, including validation of AI-generated findings, recognition of accuracy drift or exceptions, and human-in-the-loop review controls • Partner with quality audit operations, analytics, technology, content, and client service teams to translate quality findings and root cause analysis into targeted training interventions • Build and execute remediation plans for skill and knowledge gaps, including timelines, success criteria, and follow-up assessments • Support audit guideline and AI workflow changes through rollout training, job aids, and post-implementation reinforcement • Champion innovative learning delivery and responsible use of generative AI for personalization, onboarding, and knowledge retention • Establish training effectiveness metrics and report outcomes to audit operations leadership • Communicate training performance, skill gaps, and remediation progress to senior leadership • Maintain relationships across audit operations, quality assurance, and the broader audit enterprise • Monitor trainer and facilitator coverage and redistribute work to meet targets • Address issues affecting training delivery and completion rates • Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain training talent • Operationalize new training programs in collaboration with operations, quality audit, content, and client service teams • Maintain training curricula in learning management tools and provide program oversight • Manage stakeholder expectations, project scope, schedules, and resources • Hire, develop, coach, lead, and retain training staff • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required • 3+ years of technical leadership experience involving people and projects • Prior experience in a training, learning and development, or quality audit role • AI-native experience using generative AI applications such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools • Understanding of validation, exception review, quality drift, and human-in-the-loop controls • Ability to translate audit guidelines, quality findings, and workflow changes into measurable training curricula • Experience influencing behavior and driving adoption of process, quality, or performance improvements across audit teams • Ability to build training remediation plans with owners, milestones, measurable success criteria, and follow-through • Ability to communicate training outcomes, skill gaps, and program performance to leadership • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUPs, queries, and advanced written formulas • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy • Ability and capacity to learn new concepts and software • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment • Comfortable speaking in front of groups, with clients, and working with physician executives • Ability to properly handle confidential information • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines • Ability to mentor staff and enhance performance • Skill in root cause analysis, trend monitoring, and needs assessment • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Active Registered Nursing license preferred • Active Coding Credential preferred • Experience with instructional design frameworks or quality methodologies preferred • Experience developing or maintaining audit training programs, certification pathways, or learning management systems preferred • Knowledge of medical reimbursement/payment policies, audit review methodologies, and medical terminology preferred
