📋 Description

• Shape and execute Cotiviti’s strategic vision for broad-based employee ownership through the Prosperiti program • Drive enterprise-wide employee engagement and champion Cotiviti’s ownership mindset • Design and implement programming supporting the four Prosperiti pillars: Own It, Track It, Boost It, and Dream It • Oversee the Boost It Idea Challenge, including technology enhancements, reporting improvements, and reviewer coordination • Coordinate and deliver Prosperiti education and training for new hires, managers, and employees • Prepare materials for board and executive discussions and translate program outcomes into strategic insights • Lead storytelling, recognition initiatives, and enterprise-wide engagement campaigns • Plan, execute, and analyze enterprise-wide engagement surveys such as Glint • Identify engagement trends and opportunities, synthesize findings, and drive enterprise-level action planning • Design and deliver team effectiveness workshops and interventions • Partner with business and HR leaders to improve engagement and team dynamics • Define and track KPIs for Prosperiti and engagement programs • Collaborate with HR, Communications, Marketing, and business leaders • Lead cross-functional Prosperiti and engagement projects • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and communicate actionable insights • Evaluate program strategies and recommend improvements • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field • At least 7 years of experience in program management, employee engagement, organizational development, or a related field • Strong knowledge of ownership culture principles, employee engagement strategies, and performance improvement techniques • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs and initiatives • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong leadership, influencing, communication, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work with senior leaders and executive teams • Strong business acumen and familiarity with HR practices and policies, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement • Ability to execute autonomously and build trusted relationships across functions and organizational levels • Flexibility to work with global team members across time zones • Ability to travel as needed • Must have a secure, dedicated work area • Must have high-speed internet access and maintain a home office setup • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
