📋 Description

• Provide senior technical and operational support to enterprise clients across legacy Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure • Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis on complex, multi-tier system defects • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone • Host online troubleshooting and investigation sessions on customer production environments • Collect and document problem details, logs, and diagnostic data • Reproduce customer-reported issues in controlled test environments • Develop custom utilities, workarounds, and solutions to resolve critical issues and improve product functionality • Implement defect fixes and validate fixes through automated test suites • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps • Deploy, configure, and manage containerized workloads on AWS EKS, including Helm charts, namespaces, pod autoscaling, and rolling deployments • Administer Windows Server and Linux infrastructure, including patching, hardening, and performance tuning • Support migration of applicable workloads to Kubernetes • Monitor production health, performance, and capacity using CloudWatch, Prometheus/Grafana, or Datadog • Assist Product and Development teams with performance analysis, functional testing, and release validation • Partner with Product Implementation and Development teams on complex issues and product delivery • Collaborate virtually with distributed Product Operations staff • Provide mentorship and technical guidance on legacy administration, containerization, automation, and deployment pipelines • Deliver a consistent, responsive, and technically sound customer experience • Complete annual performance review/goal-setting responsibilities and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience • Product support or implementation experience in the healthcare industry • 5 years of experience reading and writing relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL • 5 years of hands-on experience developing or supporting applications using one or more of: COM, VB, Jscript, Java, Perl, C# or VB.Net • 5 years of experience working with EDI and EDI systems • Knowledge of HIPAA and Enrollment Management within Healthcare domain • 5 years of experience working with HTML/XML • 5 years of experience working with code, including code debugging and analyzing defects within code • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret data, and make decisions • Maintaining accuracy and precision in tasks • Identifying issues, evaluating options, and implementing solutions • Capacity to quickly learn new technologies, processes, and tools • Understanding and conveying technical concepts clearly • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities • Dedicated, secure work area • High-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance
