📋 Description

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Para/Bios (Prevention) and Vet & Human Pharmaceuticals (Treatment) categories • Align category strategy with business objectives and market trends across the prevention-through-treatment clinic journey • Own category-level P&L performance, including margin and forecasting accuracy • Improve product mix and portfolio performance across both categories • Partner with Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Pricing, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and pricing models • Analyze customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and technology advancements to identify product opportunities • Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing on vendor performance, supplier discussions, and joint business plans • Define Proprietary Brand product requirements, validate early-stage concepts, and bring products to market • Communicate category strategy, performance metrics, and key initiatives to senior leaders and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field required • 10+ years of experience in product management, category leadership, business development, or supplier management • Experience in pharmaceuticals, parasiticides/biologics, healthcare, or animal health strongly preferred • Proven track record of driving financial results and leading strategic initiatives across multiple product categories • Strong analytical and financial acumen • Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans across a broad, dual-category portfolio • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with business analytics tools and AI is a plus • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment • Minimal travel required
