📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries & requests, account reviews, & other inbound billing related inquiries from external customers followed by documenting related discussions & research • Research & verify customer issues with internal teams to determine root cause & warranted remediation • Clearly & concisely present information in verbal or written form to internal & external customers • Other projects & billing related customer responsibilities as needs arise

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 2+ years of billing-related experience, preferably in a customer-facing role • Any level degree or certification beyond HS Diploma or GED will have 1+ year of relevant experience • Ability to articulate issues, document resolution, & recognize when to escalate • Strong written & verbal communication skills required • Effective accounting, organizational, attention to detail, & time management skills required • Excellent computer & software knowledge essential, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with Oracle • Experience working with customers or vendors to resolve issues with an excellent customer service track record
