📋 Description

• Support a book of business consisting of Cox Automotive’s complex and active accounts • Establish and build relationships with assigned clients and Cox Automotive sales leads • Build, optimize, and execute client account plans and strategies • Make strategic recommendations to grow clients’ businesses and expand product utilization • Segment Enterprise accounts and develop engagement strategies • Gather and leverage internal and external data to support strategy decisions • Participate in account planning to understand client goals and objectives • Ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded • Support sales cycles by coordinating with internal partners and holding teams accountable for client initiatives • Explain technology integration and implementation procedures for new products or services • Coordinate resources for functional and technical elements of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs • Protect and retain existing business through pre-sale, post-sale, execution, and optimization support • Manage day-to-day account communications, issue resolution, and account management duties where applicable • Support cross-Cox opportunities and initiatives • Serve in program or project management functions for solution delivery • Maintain knowledge of the Cox Automotive product suite and communicate product benefits and features • Present to internal and external stakeholders • Track client opportunities through weekly reporting, Salesforce updates, open-item discussions, and project logs • Meet continuing education, client knowledge resourcing, and account management benchmarks • Keep clients informed about industry events, trends, and competitive offerings • Position Cox Automotive’s products effectively with clients • Support strategic goals and other initiatives directed by ECS Leadership • Travel up to 25%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field, or an alternative combination: master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field • Vast knowledge and experience supporting large, complex strategic client relationships across multiple business segments • Preferably experience in the automotive industry and/or Cox Automotive • Ability to present effectively to multiple stakeholders, including client C-suite personnel • Foundational understanding of program management processes and tools, including project plans, deliverables, timelines, and accountability • Knowledge of Cox Automotive products and services, including Inventory Services/Manheim, Dealertrack F&I, Dealer.com, and DMS • Ability to leverage data for strategy and optimization recommendations • Demonstrated success building and maintaining client relationships across a broad portfolio • Experience identifying and segmenting accounts within a broad portfolio • Experience developing and adapting engagement strategies for targeted client segments • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively • Ability to manage, prioritize, follow up, and follow through on numerous projects, tasks, requests, and inquiries • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and SFX Salesforce • Must clear a pre-employment drug test • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future
