📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise and external vendors to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. • Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and cross-functional meetings. • Translate business objectives into mobile requirements, user stories, business rules, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics. • Document current-state and future-state workflows, user journeys, business processes, and system interactions. • Analyze and document impacts, assumptions, risks, dependencies, edge cases, and operational considerations. • Support delivery of mobile capabilities that improve guest engagement, satisfaction, convenience, and loyalty. • Collaborate with UX, Product, and Mobile Development teams. • Identify opportunities to improve mobile conversion, retention, app engagement, and customer satisfaction. • Support enhancements for Cracker Barrel Rewards, loyalty engagement, reward redemption, promotional campaigns, bonus offers, and customer account experiences. • Define and document requirements supporting personalized digital experiences. • Partner with QA and business stakeholders to define test scenarios, review test coverage, support UAT, prioritize defects, resolve requirement questions, and support go/no-go recommendations. • Support release readiness, including requirements coverage, stakeholder alignment, UAT readiness, business process impacts, communications, training needs, and support considerations. • Support post-launch validation against agreed success criteria and identify optimization opportunities. • Create and maintain documentation for technical and non-technical audiences, including meeting notes, decision logs, process flows, requirement summaries, readiness materials, and support handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role supporting web, digital, customer experience, ecommerce, or enterprise technology initiatives. • Experience gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting UAT, and working with business and technical stakeholders. • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Agile/Scrum certification, Product Owner certification, or related certification preferred but not required.
