📋 Description

• Develop and propose solutions to help customers avoid becoming further past due and bring accounts current where possible • Develop and propose solutions to cancel or stop vehicle repossession • Contact customers who are behind on car payments consistently, efficiently, and lawfully • Work professionally and respectfully with customers to bring and keep accounts current • Ensure customer contact information is up to date • Support additional customer service requests • Handle predominantly inbound and outbound customer phone calls through the phone system • Set up promises to help bring accounts current and/or cancel repossessions based on customers’ situations • Process one-time and recurring payments over the phone • Identify additional contact or vehicle information • Receive and act upon ongoing performance feedback • Attend required training and work one of two listed flexible schedules • Remain compliant with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines • Perform other duties as assigned • Meet department attendance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • High speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed • Comfortable negotiating, discussing sensitive financial issues, and providing solutions to customers • Ability to overcome objections to pay and develop creative solutions to help bring customers current • Ability to understand and interpret information promptly and effectively • Ability to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment • Ability to speak clearly, professionally, and articulately on the telephone • Ability to talk and type at the same time while documenting relevant notes • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and sitting/talking on the phone with a headset for most of the day • Ability to manage a flexible work schedule • Ability to identify basic computer components and assemble/troubleshoot company-issued equipment • Ability to operate company-issued equipment, including a computer, headset, and camera • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Teams • Ability to document account notes clearly and efficiently • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Mandatory five-week virtual training Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm EST, starting 1/11/2027 • Previous customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment preferred • Experience in the finance or automotive industry preferred • Experience demonstrating excellent customer support or persuasive skills preferred
