📋 Description

• Provide customer-facing primary point-of-contact support for dealers, sales, internal and external customers • Resolve title issues primarily via telephone and email • Complete business requests and enforce Credit Acceptance’s vehicle liens within service standards • Monitor for legal and risk concerns and escalate as necessary • Communicate with customers, dealers, auctions, DMVs, and other agencies to obtain documents and information • Accurately document actions and title and lien document locations • Review and resolve title and lien tasks • Identify and resolve missing-title issues and errors • Provide title expertise to internal customers • Process consumer title requests and handle inbound and outbound calls • Remain compliant with policies, processes, and legal guidelines • Adhere to attendance requirements and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish • Previous experience acting as a subject matter expert in a specialized area • Previous experience acting as a primary point of contact for customers to resolve issues and provide support • Experience making logical decisions and resolving complex process issues with provided information • Previous experience providing excellent customer service support, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues • High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps download speed • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to work Monday through Friday within the stated EST schedule and flexible 8-hour shifts • Required degrees must have been earned at accredited higher-education institutions or equivalent
