📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Guest Services, and related areas • Lead and manage Rooms Division teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences • Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Guest Services departments • Manage inventory including linen and pars • Ensure seamless interdepartmental communication and collaboration • Monitor and respond to guest feedback, ensuring effective service recovery and continuous improvement • Manage departmental budgets, labor productivity, and cost controls to meet or exceed financial targets • Develop and implement strategies to elevate service quality and operational efficiency • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards • Maintain a visible presence during peak guest periods to support the team and engage with guests • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to drive overall success

🎯 Requirements

• Must have availability to travel up to 100% of the time • Minimum 3 years of Rooms Division leadership experience in a full-service hotel environment • Must have both Hilton and Marriott full-service experience • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams • Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience managing departmental budgets • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Light Speed, Opera, FOSSE, OnQ, etc.) • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
