📋 Description

• Act as a trusted, strategic and technical advisor to customers • Drive the entire Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management • Drive adoption and value while inspiring additional opportunities • Clear communicator working cross-functionally with various teams • Track metrics with the Customer Success Platform • Mentor and coach team members

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales • A customers-first mindset with great communication and relationship management skills • Proven track record working with large complex enterprises • Experience with Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security • Proven ability to drive continuous product value • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 15%-20%) • You live in Chicago or St. Louis
