📋 Description

• Build out the Partner engagement lifecycle as part of Cribl’s Partner Program • Drive programs and policies to scale Resale, MSP, SI, Technology Alliances, Cloud Service Providers, and Services partnerships • Develop collateral, documents, and onboarding tools to enhance partner experience and communicate with partners • Lead the evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through a roadmap • Communicate partner strategies, events, and updates internally to drive business alignment • Help manage and lead partner-specific projects and initiatives focused on scale and efficiency • Help own partner-specific tools and drive awareness of their value and use cases internally and externally • Assist in program compliance processes and communication • Take on ad hoc projects or initiatives based on company decisions and priorities • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to collaboration across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing in the data security and IT spaces • Demonstrated innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Experience with Salesforce and PRMs and/or similar systems • Experience aligning global partner strategy with legal and operations compliance and policy • 3-5 years of experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing • Highly organized and detail oriented • Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan • Ability to work quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment • High degree of honesty, integrity, and sound judgment • BA/BS degree, MBA, or Masters degree from a top university is a plus
