📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies for construction and project-based roles • Recruit across information technology, accounting and finance, sales, human resources, and operational support roles • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, direct outreach, networking, and market mapping • Screen and assess candidates for technical and behavioral fit • Provide structured candidate feedback and recommendations to hiring managers • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously during periods of increased project activity • Coordinate next steps and ensure timely movement through the hiring process • Maintain communication with hiring managers through updates, pipeline visibility, and market insights • Navigate high-pressure, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities • Execute targeted sourcing strategies and refine searches based on candidate quality and market conditions • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience supporting a field service, skilled trades, or similar function in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Experience in agency recruiting and/or highly proactive in-house sourcing environments strongly preferred • Demonstrated success building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach, and networking • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and partner effectively with field leadership and hiring managers • Experience operating in fast-paced, project-driven environments with shifting priorities • Ability to recruit across multiple locations and varying labor markets • Bachelor’s degree preferred
