📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Plaid's Business functions, from sourcing strategy and pipeline building through interviews and closing candidates • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational priorities and develop hiring strategies • Leverage market insights, data, and recruiting best practices to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes • Build and engage diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship building • Provide talent assessments and advise hiring teams to maintain a high hiring bar • Deliver a thoughtful, transparent, and engaging candidate experience • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and scale recruiting practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience supporting Business, GTM, G&A, or other corporate functions in a high-growth environment • Ability to independently manage complex searches across multiple roles and competing priorities • Business partnership and influencing skills • Experience advising hiring managers and senior stakeholders on talent strategy, market dynamics, and hiring decisions • Proactive, resourceful sourcing approach • Ability to build high-quality talent pipelines in competitive markets • Data-driven mindset using recruiting metrics and market insights • Ability to navigate ambiguity and change • Ownership, sound judgment, and attention to detail • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Collaborative, continuous-improvement mindset • Enthusiasm for Plaid's mission, products, and the fintech industry
