📋 Description

• Execute operational recruiting needs and build external talent pipelines for forecasted talent demand • Deliver high-quality professional candidates and advance the Kenco brand across numerous markets and professional communities • Guide hiring managers and candidates through the Kenco selection process • Perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the community • Recruit for technical and senior-level positions on a national, multi-location basis • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Kenco leaders and team members • Prepare candidates for interviews with Kenco and hiring managers • Present candidates and prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, basic qualifications and technical expertise • Ensure adherence to the selection process and compliance documentation • Provide timely feedback to candidates • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Attend industry-specific job fairs and conferences to find qualified candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Communications or Marketing preferred; or 4 years of equivalent experience required • Equivalent years of experience is defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources setting, required experience delivering full cycle recruitment solutions with proven results • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently • Track record of proactive problem-solving and excellent follow-up skills • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • High attention to detail • Approximately 10% or less travel expected • A passport is not required, but recommended
