📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers and cultivate long-term client relationships • Review loan files to verify procedures comply with guidelines • Coordinate onboarding, underwriting, and closing workflows • Manage multiple loan files and client relationships simultaneously • Coordinate with Closing and Underwriting teams throughout the loan process • Obtain required documentation from borrowers to complete loans • Review funding packages for accuracy before treasury submission for funding • Monitor borrowers’ line-of-credit utilization • Provide superior customer service • Review and update policies and procedures as needed • Assist in training new team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, preferred • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services and/or real estate • Experience leading transaction teams and managing customer interactions • Proficient in Salesforce CRM • Advanced knowledge of the loan closing process • Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Skilled in collaboration for effective cross-functional coordination • Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
