📋 Description

• Own and serve as subject matter expert for the technological aspects of key operational systems of record, including core loan servicing, default, imaging, correspondence, and SBX platforms • Partner on solutioning, creation, maintenance, support, testing, implementation, and operation of technical systems • Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications and third-party vendors • Lead the Business Solutions process for operating, securing, and performing day-to-day technical functions of key systems of record • Establish, maintain, and report on system-performance SLAs • Lead business solutions initiatives throughout their lifecycle to support revenue growth and expense-saving opportunities • Manage information requests from potential clients, auditors, regulatory agencies, and product providers • Serve as primary liaison with external partnerships and vendors throughout the system lifecycle • Develop understanding of customer behavior and support development of new product offerings • Partner with IT leadership to create technology roadmaps • Develop, implement, and assist with training personnel on product offerings • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to evolve the product line • Collaborate with and oversee IT program and project managers, ensuring documentation of scope, budget, risks, and business requirements • Prepare executive updates on solutions in progress • Act as subject matter expert for systems compliance and partner with compliance groups

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business, finance, or a related field required • Technical or operational leadership experience in a mortgage servicing or lending environment • Experience managing large-scale projects and service providers • Track record of delivering quantifiable results to the organization • Ability to recruit, build/develop, and lead diverse teams of skilled resources in a directly managed environment • Ability to identify, collect, and analyze operations performance data, market research data, and related data • Proven ability to manage projects on time and on budget involving multiple layers of service providers and internal and external stakeholders • Expertise in consensus and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
