📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in assigned regions, providing HR guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. • Collaborate with managers to identify employee performance issues and develop corrective action plans and performance improvement strategies. • Lead and manage employee relations investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and providing recommendations to senior HR leadership and operations managers. • Administer employee change forms, corrective action documentation, and performance improvement plans. • Partner with HR and operations teams to review, refine, and streamline processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR systems and operations. • Leverage HR policies and programs to make data-driven decisions aligned with business goals while balancing employee needs and organizational objectives. • Provide administrative and strategic support for the Talent Management Program, including talent assessment, leadership development, and succession planning. • Ensure adherence to relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, providing proactive compliance guidance to leadership. • Evaluate HR processes and systems and recommend improvements to enhance business outcomes. • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by HR leadership. • Travel throughout Pennsylvania under 35% and periodically to the corporate office in Greenville, South Carolina.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. • Proven experience managing employee relations matters and conducting investigations. • A Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
