📋 Description

• Oversee incident response engagements performed by CrowdStrike’s partners • Assist in developing and tracking project tasks and client deliverables • Manage the status of delivery team and client tasks to keep workflows on track • Align customers and CrowdStrike partners on investigation scope, objectives, and required effort • Support partners in communicating forensic and malware-analysis topics to executives • Train partners on methods for hunting bad actors across large datasets • Coordinate effectively under the direction of outside counsel • Coach and mentor partners on advanced host- and network-based forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux • Review and provide strategic, applicable, and feasible recommendations to mature organizations’ security postures during and after incidents • Review reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings for customer management, regulators, and legal counsel • Supervise projects and coordinate team members • Plan internal process-improvement initiatives and facilitate execution by cross-functional teams • Maintain and update templates and internal process documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading teams in a matrixed consulting environment • Experience developing and managing relationships in a consulting environment, preferably involving incident response • Experience conducting or managing incident response investigations, including targeted threats such as ransomware, eCrime, and Business Email Compromises (BECs) • Experience in project management from conception to delivery • Experience managing external resources • Experience implementing technology projects • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Self-learning capabilities and initiative in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Team-management and leadership skills with cross-functional groups worldwide • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools • Attention to detail under pressure • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines • Experience identifying and implementing process efficiencies and monitoring workflow efficacy • Experience working for consulting organizations • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Ability to review technical investigation results for accuracy, consistency, and completeness • Strong project management skills • Contributing thought leader within the incident response industry • Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude • Ability to travel on short notice, up to 30% of the time • Must periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment
