📋 Description

• Drive sales growth and customer success across the region • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, and proofs of value • Own the technical relationship with prospective customers through the sales cycle • Maintain customer relationships as customers discover, expand, and provide feedback on NG Identity Security • Answer technical questions and demonstrate product capabilities • Establish a technical vision of SSPM and provide technical value to prospective customers • Collaborate with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams • Provide feedback on deal progress and uncover prospect wants and needs • Translate prospect needs into tangible value from the Adaptive Shield platform • Guide prospective customers through discovery of NG Identity Security • Help define and execute go-to-market strategy, including new use cases, integrations, and partnerships • Explore expansion of NG Identity Security worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms, including Salesforce and Microsoft 365 • Strong knowledge of security concepts, including network security, endpoint security, and threat detection • Experience with sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling in a pre-sales or architect role is ideal • Ability to adapt, thrive, and excel in a fast-moving, nimble environment • Comfortable in a team-selling environment and collaborating with peers in the CrowdStrike sales organization • Consultative sales approach and ability to challenge companies/businesses to think differently • Technology evangelism and new account acquisition (hunting) skills • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines • Ability to work independently while being team oriented • Excellent problem resolution skills • Willingness to experiment with new technologies, techniques, and approaches • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role within the cybersecurity or cloud security industry • Capacity to create scalable processes, such as demo scripts and POV workflows • Fluency in English • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is an advantage
