📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders and clients • Lead and oversee multiple complex client engagements • Develop technology strategies, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps • Manage project delivery, risk mitigation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication • Lead IT due diligence and M&A integration engagements for private equity clients • Support business development, proposal efforts, and practice growth initiatives • Mentor and develop consulting team members • Present findings, recommendations, and executive updates to leadership teams • Stay current on emerging technologies, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and digital transformation trends • Support IT due diligence, strategy roadmaps, system selection, PMO/Office of the CIO, and IT mergers and acquisitions engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required • MBA or advanced degree preferred • 8–10+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, digital transformation, or related services • Experience supporting private equity clients and leading complex technology initiatives • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and data analytics • Proven leadership, client relationship management, and business development experience • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong project and program management capabilities • Experience with Manufacturing & Distribution clients is a plus • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, COBIT, CISSP, AWS, or Azure are a plus • 25–50% travel required • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • Crowe is not sponsoring work authorization at this time
