📋 Description

• - Act as the SME for Cystic Fibrosis commercial data, sales performance, and reporting. • - Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements, KPIs, and reporting solutions. • - Support data validation, reconciliation, business rules, data quality, and metric definitions. • - Collaborate with data engineering teams on **Snowflake/lakehouse** architecture and reporting-ready data products. • - Guide offshore teams and help establish governance, documentation, and delivery processes for the future analytics pod.

🎯 Requirements

• - 12+ years in **Pharma/Life Sciences** commercial data, analytics, or data engineering. • - Strong experience with **sales performance, patient services, speciality pharmacy, Veeva CRM, HCP/HCO, territory alignment, claims/prescription data**, or related commercial domains. • - Hands-on expertise in **SQL, Snowflake, cloud data platforms**, and data quality/reconciliation. • - Strong stakeholder management and experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams. • - Experience in **Rare Disease/Cystic Fibrosis**, Patient Services, or Specialty Care analytics. • - Familiarity with **Power BI, Tableau**, semantic models, and data product operating models. • - Experience leading analytics support pods or distributed delivery teams. • - Boston-based preferred; remote candidates willing to travel will also be considered.
