📋 Description

• Support the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and sustainment of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management solutions • Configure and support SAP S/4HANA MM functionality, including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, material master data, valuation, and vendor management processes • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs, system configurations, and technical specifications • Support end-to-end business process integration across SAP SD, FI, CO, EWM, TM, and EAM modules • Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process design sessions, and solution demonstrations • Develop Functional Design Documents, configuration documentation, test scripts, user guides, and training materials • Execute and support unit, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing • Collaborate with developers on enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, forms, and data conversions • Support data migration for material masters, vendor records, purchasing documents, inventory data, and pricing information • Assist with release planning, deployments, and post-production support • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide Tier II/Tier III production support • Participate in Agile ceremonies • Support cybersecurity, audit, compliance, and Authority to Operate activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be substituted • 5+ years of SAP MM functional consulting experience • Experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA environments • Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, material master data, vendor master data, source determination, valuation, and physical inventory processes • Experience developing functional specifications for custom SAP enhancements and integrations • Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, and production support activities • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional presence • Preferred: Experience supporting Department of War, defense, or other Federal ERP modernization programs • Preferred: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Materials Management certification • Preferred: Experience with SAP Activate implementation methodology • Preferred: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies • Preferred: Experience integrating SAP MM with SAP Ariba, EWM, TM, FI/CO, and SD • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications • Preferred: Experience with SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Cloud ALM • Preferred: Knowledge of transportation, logistics, supply chain modernization, and enterprise business processes • Preferred: Active Secret clearance • Preferred: Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently • Preferred: Strong customer and vendor relationship skills • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies • Preferred: Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value • Preferred: Past experience working with a federal government agency • Preferred: Department of War experience is a plus
