📋 Description

• Help new customers get up and running on TUNE and CAKE • Build customer habits that support long-term success • Work alongside the onboarding team • Guide clients from sales handoff through training and early adoption • Proactively engage in strategies supporting every stage of the customer lifecycle • Support onboarding projects initially • Gradually take ownership of assigned clients • Lead live training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Affiliate industry experience • Passion for training, including leading live training sessions • Ability to learn new skills • Ability to develop onboarding strategies and find solutions that deliver value to clients • Applicants may be subject to a criminal background check before employment begins, in accordance with applicable law
