• Support the Account Management team by understanding client requirements • Identify product functionality gaps and develop tailored solutions • Assist in recommending and packaging products or services for clients • Drive solution assurance process with account managers • Create and maintain product presentations • Participate in business requirements review with clients • Provide feedback on client requirements to product managers • Develop and present proposals for approval
• 8+ years of business experience in the marketplace • Industry experience in the mortgage space • Knowledge of products and their capabilities • Excellent presentation, writing, organizational, and project management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Familiar with competitors and their products • Ability to interact effectively with senior management • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
