📋 Description

• Commission CSI Energy Storage’s SolBank Storage Power Block • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of Storage Power Blocks to meet warranty requirements • Manage BESS equipment obligations under Long Term Service Agreements • Provide onsite diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hands-on support • Maintain equipment and meet availability and capacity guarantees • Oversee and supervise subcontractors onsite when required • Assist in developing standard operating procedures and processes • Complete work order documentation promptly • Maintain accurate spare parts inventory • Perform Lockout/Tagout and switching procedures as needed • Support client training during commissioning • Follow health and safety rules and policies • Complete other assigned duties and projects • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to achieve project goals • Champion quality, safety, and sustainability standards • Travel to and perform tasks at project sites throughout the US

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Electrical Technician • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a service environment, preferably in renewable energy • OSHA 30 certification; OSHA 10 accepted if OSHA 30 is obtained soon after hire • Previous training and knowledge of inverters • SCADA experience is beneficial • Knowledge of general and national codes, medium-voltage power systems, and energy-storage system applications is an asset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel • Previous CMMS software experience is preferred • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • First Aid training • Ability to travel to regional locations as needed, over 50% of the time • Ability to work independently and within a team • Professional appearance and conduct • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities • Commitment to safety, ethics, and sustainability
